Founder & Artistic Director

Emanuela is the visionary behind NEON. With over 30 years’ experience in the performing arts and youth development, she is responsible for writing, designing, and overseeing the delivery of all NEON’s programmes—from grassroots training to large-scale festivals. Emanuela leads on artistic direction, strategy, and partnership development. She also holds lead responsibility for impact measurement and management, ensuring NEON’s work is inclusive, evaluated, and strategically aligned with its mission and funders. She is currently guiding NEON through its transition to registered charity status and the launch of a 600sqm Creative Incubator in Vauxhall.

Board Member

Tosin is a practising family barrister. His extensive expertise in family law not only strengthens NEON's governance and policies, but also ensures we respond effectively to the needs of our community with strong safeguarding knowledge. He also supports charity registration and wider governance processes. As a board member, Tosin provides oversight that underpins NEON’s accountability, long-term planning, and inclusive development.

Co-founder & Board Member

Delroy joined NEON at its earliest stage, supporting Emanuela in realising the organisation’s vision and mission, and is recognised as a co-founder for his vital contribution to shaping its values and growth. A vocalist and community facilitator with extensive experience in live music and event production, he supports NEON’s public-facing events, providing logistics, sound support, and creative mentoring to young performers. On the board, he brings a grounded, community-rooted perspective and a strong commitment to inclusive cultural development.
